I will notarize your document and handle its submission to the Florida Department of State, which issues every apostille.
Apostilles are issued only by the Florida Department of State, Division of Corporations (state fee $10 per document). I notarize your document and handle the submission; I do not issue the apostille.
$150 service fee + $10 state fee per documentA 10% deposit is due at booking to reserve your appointment. It is applied to your total at the appointment.

I will meet you to notarize your documents at your home, office or any other location you choose.
- Hospital, Nursing Home and Hospice Visits
I will come to the bedside with patience and care, coordinating with staff so your loved one can sign comfortably.

I will officiate your ceremony at home, in a park, at a chapel, at a venue or on the beach, from simple vows to a complete celebration.
- I-9 Authorized Representative
I will complete Form I-9 Section 2 as the employer's authorized representative.
- Attorney and HOA Signature Collection
I will travel through condominium and townhome communities on behalf of attorneys to gather and notarize homeowner signatures.
- Evening and Overnight Appointments
When a signature cannot wait until morning, I will meet you in the evening or overnight.
